There is no higher priority for Diablo Hearing Services than the health and well-being of our patients and employees. We are closely following developments and guidance from federal and local authorities. We are committed to continuing to provide valuable and essential services to our patients, however, we are limited by the shelter in place order and our desire to help control the Covid-19 outbreak.
Here is an update of our services as of April 10, 2020
Curbside Drop-off/Pick-up for repairs, modifications, and supplies. We request that you Call our office to set up a time to come by. We ask that you place your device(s) in a bag, envelope, or box with your FULL NAME AND PHONE NUMBER. We can clean and check them; make minor repairs or modifications, and return them to you in your car. If necessary, we will send them in to the manufacturer and call you when they are ready.
Phone/E-mail Orders: Please call or email if you need any supplies such as wax guards/filters, batteries, or domes mailed to you.
Telehealth Appointments: Do you have any questions about hearing loss or your hearing aids? We can schedule an appointment by phone with or without video.
Urgent In-Office Appointments are available by appointment only; for emergencies such as sudden hearing loss (with your doctor’s referral).
